I received my Bachelors of Science degree from UNL in 1987. I received my medical doctorate from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1992

I then completed my family medicine residency at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, MO in 1995. I have worked at Central Nebraska Medical Clinic since August of 1995. I am married to Cathy and have 3 children and 4 stepchildren.

I am a family physician who practices obstetrics. I recently moved from my practice in Kearney, NE. My father, Dr. Loren Jacobsen, previously practiced in Broken Bow for many years. I graduated from Broken Bow High School and completed my residency in Lincoln, NE.

I received my Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Nebraska Lincoln in 1992. I received my medical doctorate and completed my residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

I have been at Central Nebraska Medical Clinic since August of 1998. I am married to Janeen and we have three sons.

Bio:

I am most recently from Colorado where I attended a residency which focuses on training rural family physicians. Prior to that I was fortunate enough to attended the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, WA, which is consistently ranked #1 in the country in training primary care physicians. My undergraduate training was at the University of Puget Sound where I played NAIA volleyball and studied biology and chemistry.

My training had a heavy obstetric and procedural focus, and in addition to performing deliveries and c-sections I also perform colposcopies (used in the management of abnormal pap smears) and obstetric ultrasounds. I enjoy visiting with people about ways they can stay healthy and prevent illness.

I was born and raised in Friend, NE. I attended Wayne State College and graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2004. I completed my residency in Colorado where I met my lovely wife. We moved to Broken Bow in 2007 and started at Central Nebraska Medical Clinic shortly thereafter.

In addition to performing screening colonoscopies and esophogastroduodenoscopies (EGD’s) I am trained in obstetrics, including Cesarean sections.

I am married with three children. I have been employed at Central Nebraska Medical Clinic since 2000. I am a graduate of Bryan Memorial Hospital, and am Certified in Gerontology and a Limited Radiography.

I live in Broken Bow with my husband Dan. I have worked at Central Nebraska Medical clinic in the medical records department for 27 years. We have two grown sons, a daughter-in-law and grandson who live in Omaha.

I grew up in Callaway, NE and now live in Broken Bow. I worked at Central Nebraska Medical Clinic from 1985-1994, left, and returned in 2001. I work in the lab as a limited radiographer and in the business office.

I live in Westerville area with my husband Sid and our three kids, NaTosha, Tylor and Seth. I have worked at Central Nebraska Medical Clinic since 1999. When not working at Central Nebraska Medical Clinic I am usually working for the National Guard (for 26 years).

I was born and raised in Sargent, NE. Graduated in 1998 and moved to Norfolk NE to attend college. I was married in 1999 and lived in Norfolk until 2011. I recently moved back to Sargent with my husband Joe Lamb and our four children.

I moved to Nebraska from Georgia in 2007 and have worked at CNMC since May of that year. I live in Broken Bow with my fiance, Randy Nielsen, and between the two of us we have 7 children!! We enjoy spending time with our kids outside and hanging out with our friends and families.

I grew up on a ranch northeast of Anselmo, NE. I graduated from Anselmo-Merna high school in 2004 and then attended Central Community College in Hastings, NE. I now live in Broken Bow with my husband, Chris, our daughter, Dacie, and our yellow lab.

I started working at Central Nebraska Medical Clinic in February of 2009 as a laboratory technician.

I live in Sargent with my son, Jaydan. I started at CNMC in May 2005. I graduated from CCC-Columbus in 2005 with two Associates degrees, one in Medical Office and one in Medical Transcription.

When I am not at work, I enjoy deer hunting, Nebraska football and hanging out with my son. I also like to play a little golf when I get the chance.

I have worked for CNMC since 2008 first in the front office and then as a nurse after finishing nuring school. I grew up in Broken Bow and moved back in 2006. My husband Ben & I have four children and enjoy watching them in sports and their school activities.
